I enjoyed the fact that there were rooms that accommodate large families. I like having 1 room knowing that everyone was safe many times we have to get 2 rooms and have our teenagers stay in 1 and our small boys stay with us.

The room was no very clean. My teenager dropped her cell phone on the floor by the bed when she went to get it she saw that no one had cleaned under the bed. She found things like dirty socks, candy rappers and last but not lest used condoms.

There was nothing really to like! It was your average cheap run down motel. It served its purpose but I wouldn't choose to stay there again!

The wi-fi doesn't work if you are more than four rooms away from the office and there wasn't an ice machine even it is listed on the paper!

The location allowed us to hear the seal lions, we could not find them but knew they were close.

The wifi was not working in our room farthest from the office. We were lucky to arrive 5 minutes before the office closed (11pm) for the night. Nowhere on the website displays when the office closes.

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable for an overnight stay at the beach.

The size was good for the money, but thats about it. Heater in living area didn;t work and knob was hanging. Behind the front door was an old tv stand with drawers that was broken. Shower head blew off shower when my diabled husband was in there, broken ring head screwed on. Would of been nice to have lamp on desk, but no outlet. Your Free Wi-Fi is a joke. Even though it was a smoking room, it smelled horrid, I drove to Walmart and spent $10 on candles. Your place could be a nice place if you updated. Take out that paneling, we live in 2012 not 1960

    Close to Nye Beach

The so called breakfast was not a breakfast unless you want to eat cake or donuts. I do not call that a breakfast. I would insist on cereal and milk at least.

    It was quiet.

There was very low water pressure in the shower and the furniture was uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of store donuts and bananas with coffee very minimal.

No clock in room, no coffee maker in room, the room was clean, the front desk gentelmen was helpful, no microwave in room and when booking said there was a continential breaskfast, was none. Overall I would probably look for a different place to stay.

I think the best thing about this motel is the location. It is very central to both the beach and downtown. The price is good for those who don't have lots of money to spend on lodging. The main reason we stayed here is because they offered rooms with 3 queen beds (large enough to accomodate our larger family)

Our first room was stinky and the water pressure in the shower was pathetic. (Actually the plumbing had serious problems that forced us to change rooms) The second room also stunk. They provide a fridge and microwave, but if you need to wash a re-usable bowl or any dish, it has to be done in the tiny bathroom sink, which of course isn't designed for that purpose. Truthfully, had other hotels offered 3 queen rooms, I probably would have gone elsewhere.

our room was very big for the price we payed, and very comfortable. I only had one complaint and that is the walls in the bathroom need to be washed. other then that, I will deafently be coming back to stay at this motel the next time i come to newport. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We had a great time.

Mold, mold, mold!!! Horrible housekeeping completely cancelled out the bargain rate. Grungy carpets...keep your shoes on! Better yet, avoid this place.
